What are the chances a man doesn’t precum at all?

I read somewhere that some men don’t precum at all. I’m curious how true that is though and what’s the chance of that.

I mean i talked to planned parenthood about it and honest it depends on the man. Normally if you have him pee before sex you’ll be fine. The only time i would reaaaally stress about precum is when y’all are doing rounds. Bc when he precums he could be pushing out sperm from the last round. Normally that’s how people get pregnant but if your man jacks off all the time then i would just wear a condom or hop on the pill just in case. Bc you don’t wanna be the one in a million.

Shoooot I want to know what the whole deal of a pre-come, my boyfriend pulls out every time & I told him about pre-coming & how he might not even know or feel it, 
But he said he just knows that feeling, so he always pull out that second before he’s about to feel himself come, not necessary when he’s going to feel it...
But I’m curious still till this day
