I’m 7 weeks 5 days only symptom is sore breast

I’m worried that having sore breast is my only symptom. I know I’m pregnant but I don’t feel pregnant yet I think once I’ve seen the midwife next week everything will probably feel more normal. Does anybody else feel like this. I’ve not seen a doctor as In England they just trust that you have taken a pregnancy test. I’ve had no bloods taken yet I’m just worried
