Trying to Not Freak Out...

4 weeks 5 days today. As far as symptoms I've had VERY tender breasts, fatigue, and increased appetite. Recently started thyroid medication so I know I'm at higher risk of miscarriage. This morning I was spotting mostly brown with some brighter colored blood and one dark clot. Took another hpt and still positive. Thankfully I have enough flexibility in my job I don't have to worry about going to work today... but I'm just trying to figure out if I should be calling my doctor or not. No back pain or other symptoms aside from a slight tugging feeling in my tummy. Any thoughts you have are greatly appreciated
