UPDATE:

I went to my fertility clinic on Monday and demanded an ultrasound, i was 5 weeks and 4 days and the gestational sac is in my uterus !!!! Best news I’ve ever gotten!

My next ultrasound is feb 22 - fingers crossed for a heartbeat!!!!

I have never had a normal pregnancy, 3 chemicals and 2 ectopics. With my most recent ectopic I needed to have a salpingectomy to remove my left Fallopian tube. It’s been almost 6 weeks since my surgery and have yet to receive a period. I took a test and it says positive. It made me happy to see it because I didn’t ever think I would but I haven’t even had one normal cycle since surgery so my husband and I are incredibly nervous.

I don’t know what normal feelings are in my stomach because I’ve never had a normal pregnancy. I am feeling tightness with the occasional twinge on my left or right side (mostly my left)

Any reassurance would be great!
