I may have had a miscarriage help please.

Friday night I had this bloody mucus coming out of my vagina. I didn't look like a blood clot and ever since i've been freaking out. It happened again Monday and I've been having these terrible pains in my stomach. It was like I was having my period for the first two days and now I'm just spotting. Please help me ):
