is there anyone labeled or have been labeled as threatened miscarriage???

has anyone dealt with nausea and breast tenderness coming and going??

I have not bled but do have brownish discharge, what do this means in the case of threatened miscarriage?

does anyone have slipped discs in lower lumbar??? I'm feeling like a pinching pulling pain on my left side of spine above my hip bone , is this to be expexted?

btw I took a second home pregnancy test and the lines showed up dark pink showing still detecting pregnancy hormones... but then I felt this pain on left side by the spine and my mind and emotions been a downwards spiral. I'm less nauseated, still dehydrated. I'm just a mess. beginning to mentally detach from the pregnancy.

I have my follow up ultrasound tomorrow and I am so scare to find out.
