Difficult Time

So my husband and I have been married for a year and a half but been together for over 4 years. We stopped using protection after a year of dating. Never was trying to get pregnant at first but when we got married that's when we started to get worried because I never gotten pregnant. Plus I got a ultrasound done and I'm perfectly normal. Long story short, my husband got a sperm analysis done and it came back that he has a low sperm count and the shape of his sperm are abnormal. Now we are just waiting to see a fertility specialist. Has anyone gone through this before? If so, what can we expect?
