PCOS TTC - Diet change success stories?

Kristia

Hello 🙋

Have any of you ladies had any success with getting a bfp after changing you diet? I have tried one round of Clomid last month and I didn't get a bfp, but I did end up with a ruptured cyst. The ER doctor was not able to tell me if the Clomid caused the cyst to rupture, or if it was something that just happened naturally.

After the ER experience and researching Clomid a little more I decided not to try any more rounds of it. It's too risky for the mother and may cause birth defects. I am seriously trying not to eat fast food, consume sweets (my favorites), and cut back on my carbs.

I am not overweight. I'm 5'3", 130lbs and 34 years old. I don't exercise at all and have any desire too. I have totally stocked up on what I read are PCOS and hormone balancing foods. Almonds, coconut oil, raspberry leaf tea, green tea, dark chocolate, apple cider vinegar (yuck), cinnamon, fruits and vegetables.

Today is the first day of my fertile week and I'm really praying that I get ewm as confirmation that my changes are all worth it. Anyone have bfp success with only a diet change? If so, what did you do and how long was it before you got your bfp? Baby dust to you all 🌌 🌌 🌌
