Postpartum worries!
Just wondering how easy (or hard) it was for some women to get back to their pre pregnancy weight?! I'm not due till the end of June and have had a pretty healthy preganancy. My pre pregnancy weight was 104 and so far I've gained 35 pounds. I was working out all the way until 32 weeks, but since I'm in Arizona I have stopped because it's so incredibly hot out.
I'm so worried I won't ever get back to my old body! I've seen some women bounce back after a couple weeks and others bounce back after a couple months! Any insight? Tips?
