Of course it's safe, just don't go crazy with the soy sauce, lots of sodium!

It's safe, but be careful because most Chinese food is very high in sodium. And a lot of grease from most things being fried. Eat in moderation!

Chinese food just hasn't sounded good to me throughout my pregnancy so I haven't had ANY since I found out I was pregnant. Oh well, as long as I don't hate chocolate or cheese we are good HAHA

I ate it once and got diarrhea really bad so I haven't since. I haven't ate at buffet style restaurants besides that at all this pregnancy. I'm sure it's fine though.

i CRAVED chinese food and i ate it like it was my last meal ever!!!

It's one of the few 'normal' foods I can enjoy with my hyperemesis. Lo mein, love ya! Just make sure that, like all food, it's well cooked. So no sushi, things like that still, but most of it is a-okay in moderation.

Not sure if your supposed to, I was craving it one night so I had it and it made me have the worst headache! So I don't eat it anymore lol.
