Hot flashes at 22??!!

Does anyone else experience hot flashes I’ve just recently started getting them first couple of times ive experience was during a menstrual cycle. But I seem to be getting hot flashes more frequently and im only 22 yrs old i turn 23 in March

I get them sometimes, I just feel like it’s a normal womanly thing due to our hormonal fluctuations 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m 26
