Early pregnancy symptoms?

What are some early symptoms that some of you ladies have experienced? Any body temperature changes? Nauseous and feeling dizzy?

Hot flashes, breast seem heavier, fatigue and slightly nauseous

My nipple are sore, I'm bloated cramping diarrhea and I'm having the implantation bleeding and I'm nervous as hell bc i have not had my first appt yet I don't have it until Monday. I have the pleasure of being a med tech so I work in the lab thts how I found out I was pregnant. I ran an HCG on myself bc I was 3 days late. My number was already low but the next day it doubled but now I'm off and I can't chk so I'm nervous. This will be my first so I'm  clueless. I know all my symptoms are normal but just worries me
