Needing answers.

I went to the doc to get Mt results for an ultrasound that I got cause I was having pelvic pain, I was so scared they were gonna tell me I had cyst or something but they said everything was normal but the obgyn told me that it sounds like I have endromotrisis( not sure how to spell it) but she said only was to find out was to have an hsg test but most insurances don't cover it.  She even said that woman have a higher chance of pregnancy after the test. I wish there was a different way to find out, I can't afford it. 😔😢 any one how??
