Vitamins
Okay so I’ve been TTC since December. I usually take Woman’s 1 a day but recently switched to the prenatal version with folic acid, iron and DHA. My friend, whom just recently learned she was pregnant suggested I take extra folic acid on top of whats in the one a day. Has anyone else ever done that? Seems like overkill...? Idk suggestions? I’m new to all this! lol
