Advice please :)

My son is 6 years old. At my 6 week appointment after having him i got the mirena. I had that in for about 3, 3 1/2 years and had to have it taken out. My periods were very light and came every month and a half. Then i was on the pill that made my periods cone every 3 months and they were light. I was on that for a year til i got a blood clot and couldn't take birth control with estrogen in it anymore. Then i started the depo and was on it for a year and had no periods. Got off that in December 2014. Just finally got my periods back. Had 2 and they were 26 days apart i believe. How long til i can get pregnant again? Could all that birth control cause problems to my baby maker? One of my doctors did an ultrasound also and one of my overies are behind my intestines now and probably doesn't work anymore says the doctor and the other one has 5 cyst. How long til I can get pregnant? I'm so excited to finally have a positive test! !!! So ready for another baby ♡
