unprotected sex, yikes

hey girlies ! so I had sex 2 times within the last month, had sex last week and then had sex with another guy in January towards the end and they were both unprotected, so a couple of days later I masturbated and after I masturbated I got this weird boil /pimple (not sure what is is ) on the side of my vagina, it's not on the actual vagina it's on the side next to the bikini line, it also burns and it's itchy and I'm afraid I might have an STD, also it always smells down there ever since I had sex, my urine smells weird and I have taken many showers and I always wash down there with unscented bar soap and that usually makes me not smell but for some reason like 20 mins after I shower I smell really bad, and I am not currently on birth control and they didn't use a condom but they both pulled out fast enough and I know I sound really bad and slutty but I just went through a bad breakup so I need some fun, I am not sure if I should go to the doctors about this or leave it alone, any advice ? I'm stressing out so bad
