40 weeks.. UPDATED

Is there any SAFE ways, (other then sex), that I can naturally induce labor? My girls do not wanna come out haha.

Update 1- 2/9|| Thank you guys so much!! Unfortunately I moved to a new doctor 37ish weeks because I had to move and she doesn’t want to induce until 41 1/2 - 42 weeks because she “doesn’t know” my body.. I guess I dunno. She also doesn’t believe I’m 40 weeks because my water didn’t break already. A lot of it has to do with my age anyways but still.

Update 2- 3/5/Almost a month later and still no baby?!|| heyo! So I went to the doctor recently after this post and I hadn’t dilated. So she ordered an ultrasound and I wasn’t measuring 41 weeks. Well of course with twins they’re going to be smaller. However, I was only measuring about 32 weeks. So we’re holding off until I hit 38-40 weeks again.. count down is on once again.. I’m tired of being pregnant. Have a doctors appointment today, so I will update after!
