so 2 weeks ago I went to see my doctor about getting some birth control because my last few periods have been insanely heavy and done in 2-2 1/2 days rather than the full 4 -4 1/2 I'm used to. so she checked my hemoglobin levels and discovered I was 1/10 of a point below the normal and was anemic. she scheduled me last week for a pap smear and said the results should be in by today. so she called me today and said they were going to refer me to a gyno. then a little while later the receptionist called to make an appointment for a follow-up and said they were going to give me a treatment. and nobw I'm low key freaking out because my stupid self didn't ask what the treatment was for.so I made my appointment for tomorrow. should I be worried about this? *UPDATE* so. I went in this morning and they said I was positive for Chlamydia. which is not as bad as i had thought. but It's still bad none the less. also. I came up positive for some abnormal cells. I now have to make a gyno appointment to make sure these cells do not become cancerous as they are not already. so. it's an okay day now.
