I work at Victoria Secret and it sucks that all my co workers can wear all the sexy lingerie from VS but I can’t cuz I am plus size. It’s very discriminating because as a bigger girl I want to look and feel sexy too. Plus their missing out on profit because I have to shop somewhere else !!!

When I was high school I felt that way when I was with my friends. especially when they would go shopping at Victoria's secret. I couldn't buy things from there because I'm much bigger. so no you're not alone. and yes it's normal.

Yes, definitely. I don't have any close friends my size, so trying to go shopping with them is awkward for me. I'm not very confident in my body size, so seeing all of my other friends being able to fit straight sizes makes me feel bad about myself. And we usually can't shop at the same stores because of size availability. Not to mention I feel really embarrassed and anxious when we go out clothes shopping, because sometimes the staff are only rude to me based solely on my size :( I need more plus sized friends.
