I'm 23 and thought for sure it would happen the first month! Do you ladies have any ideas to improve my chances next month?

Use OPKs, bbt to get a hold on exactly what day you ovulate. Start prenatal vitamins. Bd everyday or EO day in your fertile week. Excersize, cut back on caffeine. I've been doing these things for 6 months and nothing. Sometimes it just takes time. Good luck!
