So, I haven’t had sex in over 4 years and i am 24 years old. Im talking to this guy whom I want to just have a fwb type of relationship. Is there a way of doing this where we both can keep respect for one another?

I’d say if your gonna have a FWB, you need to have clear boundaries and treat the relationship as what it is. Don’t treat each other like boyfriend & girlfriend or get too friendly/involved because that’s when people catch feelings, everything gets complicated and disrespect begins. 
I hate to be THAT person, but women can get very attached due to the hormones released in our bodies during sex (oxytocin for example), so most women can’t engage in casual sex without forming some type of attachment. Keeping clear boundaries etc can help prevent this. Sperm can trigger your body to release more oxytocin so make sure you use a condom.
