Sleep training
Does anyone have any tips for sleep training? I'm trying to get my lo to sleep during the night, I feel like I might be doing something wrong she was sleep throughout the night but this past week she's been waking up at this same time everyday 😭 (2a-5a) less naps during the day ? Gerber before she sleeps ? What should I do I'm a ftm and just want sleep
