Is it normal in the 1st trimester to think that you'll miscarriage or scaried about it?

Answer

Absolutely 100% normal. Every time I felt a little damp down below or had a slight pain or anything I was convinced I was losing my baby. We lost our first back in November last year so we have been really paranoid. Just remember that the odds of having a healthy baby are a lot higher than having a miscarriage, so try to stay positive and enjoy your pregnancy :) worrying won't stop anything that is going to happen from happening so may as well be happy  as long as you can be :) good luck!
