Cheating 😞

Is there anyone who's been cheated on that can tell me the best road to recovery? I'm having the absolute worst time with all this news and I seem to get more and more information everyday.. I've gotten 0 sleep since I found out and I want his name to be a faint memory. We were engaged for 3 years, living together and have 2 fur babies together. I just don't know how to be happy again 😞 someone please give some good advice..
