Little black hairs 😠

So on my neck like right below my jawline, I have these weird little black hairs that are super dark. There aren't a lot of thrm, maybe like 5 or 6 but they come in so dark and thick. I have natural light brown/dark red hair so they stand out if I don't pluck them or use my eyebrow trimmer. It's weird cause I never used to have these until maybe the last 2 years.

I hate them so much and they are so annoying being there! Does anyone else have this issue? Is there any way I can stop these from growing without laser hair removal (cause I refuse to pay for that)
