My son will be 5 months in a couple of weeks, but we haven’t started yet. We’re planning to do BLW when my son can sit up on his own and seems more interested in our food.

We did baby led weaning so we started at 6 months with real food, not baby food.

3 months is too young. Our ped gave us the go ahead at 4 months because our son had hit all the necessary milestones. We didnt start until last week, and we only do it once a day. He still is iffy about it, but we dont push it. Babies dont need it, it’s for fun.
