Did you have heavy nausea?

So just a question. I know US is the only actual indicator of twins.....but I’ve just had a strong feeling I may be having multiples dreams about it and my physical hints would be extreme 24 constant nausea and my HCG levels on the higher side 61,000 at 5w5d. I’m 6w6d now. 
Did any of you twin/multiple mommies have similar signs?

I was hella nauseous with twins. I had no morning sickness or nausea with my son, a good amount of morning sickness and nausea with my daughter, and it was terrible this time around absolutely awful. I felt like I was hit by a dump truck for weeks in general, not even just nausea and vomiting. I had a feeling it would be twins also. I had a bump early. But I kept denying it like oh I’m older and oh it’s my third pregnancy so  they must just get worse each time haha. Until our first ultrasound ;) when there was legit two babes.

My morning sickness was crazy I thought something was wrong at first but nope just crazy amount of hormones

When I went to er my hcg was 12038.0 I was measuring 5 weeks 4-5 day s with twins I hope this helped
