Ahh I can’t take this

So today is my 14 dpo and I’ve had some off and on spotting only when wiping since 3 days ago counting today. Something when I wipe there isn’t anything there. Could this still be part of early pregnancy or just my mind playing games with me. I’m suppose to get AF until Saturday. I took a test on Monday and it was a BFN.... please any advice or thoughts would be appreciated,.
