So yesterday I read a topic about dreaming about water while ttc meaning your pregnant. I cannot find it. Anyway I think that there isn't a link between the two. But last night I dreamt my dog (who hates water and is a 65lb pit) was drowning and when I swam out to save him and pulled up out of the water whe was suddenly a little 5lb puppy again. Which I find odd because we got him when he was 8 months never seen him as a pup.
