Is Ella too popular of a name to use?

I've seen this same question like six times already.. 🤦 Ella is a beautiful and classic name. My daughter's name is Ella and we have NEVER met another little girl named Ella in real life. I have seen little girls named Ella on social media etc but never in person. It is not common where I live at all. The world of little people is over crowded with little Ava's, Sophia's, Elena's, Brooklyn's, etc. In this new generation Ella would be an uncommon name.... Everyone is trying way too hard to be unique. I'd rather meet 110 Ella's than even one more Ava. 😒 😳

Who cares if it’s popular 🤷‍♀️ it’s a great name! I would much rather have a popular name than some of the bizarre names people come up with nowadays in an effort to be more “unique”

I'm a first grade teacher and have had lots of Ella's.  Last year had 2 Ella's and an Ellie in my class...all the A and E names drive me crazy!  However I do think the name Ella Ella is pretty...but if you use it be prepared for lots of them.  Still would be better than some of the dumb made up names.
