Need some advise lady's

I'm turning 32 this year been with my partner 6years and we been trying just as long so they did the only to find out that one of my tubes is damage so I'm only working with one but my doctor say it's possible for me to get pregnant with just the one, but is there any specific positions I should be trying cause we really wanna have another baby I do have 2 from my previous relationship they 18 and 14 so fingers cross prayers and hope I get some baby dust sprinkle on me thanks ladies
