Update: so, my father is (hopefully) calling tomorrow and sending some amount for me to pay the school Saturday. However, if it doesn’t cover the balance, I may have to leave. My only loan options are parent loans and undergraduate loans like from Sallie Mae. While I know the parent loan is extremely unlikely, I believe I would be able to manage the other with the right co signer. The problem is I have no idea how to get the one family member I know has good credit to sign. I barely talk to my older brother and he hardly has time for me.

I am looking at other options still, but this just feels like a trap. I just want to be a good student and be successful and at peace. Why is that so much to ask?
