What does it feel like when your uterus is growing?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I've been feeling crampy but I don't know if it's from my uterus growing or not should I be concerned?

I was crampy throughout my last pregnancy from everything stretching and growing. I also had Braxton hicks starting 20 something weeks

I'm around 14 weeks and I've had cramping lately too. Not severe, and no bleeding either. I'd say I'd it gets worse and you start bleeding at all go to a Dr. I don't know what's normal either because this is my 1st, but I'm pretty sure it's just my uterus expanding. Hoping the cramps stop soon, they're uncomfortable for sure

Feels like a cramp/ pressure also it usually feels tight down there as well at least that's wat I feel . It's uncomfortable
