Divorcing me. Allowed in delivery room?

He decided to divorce me when I was 12 weeks pregnant and I moved myself and 4 year old son out of state back to my parents. We decided to have a second child so the baby was very much wanted by both of us. He was cheating. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and debating if I want him in the delivery room or not. Yes it is his child and I don't want to take that experience away from him but I feel like I need supportive people in the room with me. I feel like it would cause more stress and negative emotions if he was in the room than anything. Opinions or advice? Thanks in advance!
