Slight spotting normal??

Question

I'm exactly 9weeks,  and I just started spotting tonight. 
I'm not feeling any pain but I'm really scared d that I missed something my body might have been telling me.  I plan to call the doctor in the morning but I'm so scared of having another miscarriage.
Update: spotting stopped.  Docs wait to rest today and call if it starts up again.  So just trying to stay calm and relax.

Don’t want to worry you but that’s how my 2 miscarriages began. No pain and the smallest amount of blood when I wiped. After speaking to doctor on the phone they said it could mean anything, for me it means miscarriage. I hope everything is ok for you.

I spotted/had bloody discharge from 8-12 weeks. Docs said everything was fine and Normal and now I’m 15 weeks. You should be fine though they’ll check to make sure if you’re concerned

As long as you aren't filling a pad in an hour or less you are okay.  If it's bright red and it flows like a period or you have pain and clots then contact your doctor.
