STRETCH MARKS DUE TO WEIGHT NOT PREGNANCY

I'm so self conscious about my stretch marks, they absolutely cover my whole stomach right up to under my breasts. The first time me and my boyfriend had sexual contact I knew he noticed but he's never asked or made any comment about them which tells me he isn't bothered. Although I still get embarrassed about showing my stomach. are there any remedies or products I can buy in the UK or have shipped from America to help the appearance?
