Facewash while pregnant?

I need a good facewash that is safe during pregnancy. I do not have zits but I have bumps on my forehead and jawline that are skin colored and won't go away - almost like a rash - I hate my current facewash kiehls ultra bc it doesn't do anything for me - help

I’m a Licensed Esthetician - any face wash is fine but steer clear of salicylic acid (can also be listed as willow bark) and retinols.

If you’re looking for a more clean option you can download the app “think dirty” and type in face wash. It grades products on ingredients and carcinogens.
I like Burt’s bees and alba face washes. I don’t have acne but can occasionally break out and these help keep the break outs away.

same problem... dermatologist told me to use Vanicream... it's very gentle and can find it any drugstore

I have had similar skin issues this go around. Don't over moisturize and try some witch hazel as a toner. :)
