Spotted 3 days prior to AF

Af is due June 6th. I normally spot super light with no cramps 1-2 days prior. Yesterday i started spotting A little heavier which lasted about 12 hours. It was bright pink and brown. I was slightly sick to my stomach and feltwarm. I also had slight cramping and a very strange headache. Today i feel just fine. i dont want to get my hopes up that it was all because of implanation. Has anyone had anything similar? Or end up having their period on time then find out later you were pregnant. Still looking for a glimer of hope I guess.
