Is it bad to have morning sickness at 4 weeks?

I am 4 weeks 5 days today and have been experiencing morning sickness for the last 3 days. It sounds like most folks start experiencing it quite a bit later, and I’m wondering if this is a bad sign or if I should be worried. I know I’m probably overthinking this WAYYYY too much, but I thought maybe I should just put it out there and see if any of you have any experience in this arena? Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer!!!

My morning sickness always seems to start really early. 
With my son I was feeling sick from about a week before I got my positive and it peaked about 6 weeks and had disappeared by 8 weeks (I had 24/7 nausea but no vomiting)
This time around, I’m currently 8 weeks+3 and I’m so sick. 24/7 nausea and frequent vomiting all day long. Again, it started earlier than average. It started at around 4 and half/5 weeks with constant nausea and turned into vomiting too, earlier this week at around 7weeks+5 
Everyone is different. I hope it eases up soon for you x

ive had morning sickness but as i call it ( nausea lol only cuz i didnt kno i was preg..)  before i even knew i was preggo.. it has been super bad an im only 4 weeks 2 days!!

It’s normal. I had no morning sickness with my son but had it with my daughter starting around 5.5/6 weeks and it lasted until about 12.5 weeks. I’m 18.5 weeks and no sickness.
