Could an ovarian cyst cause phantom pregnancy symptoms??

Hi, 
I have PCOS and TTC no.1 for 3.5 years
I have a lot of cysts on my ovaries that come and go, sometimes I get pain, sometimes not.
This month I have had sore boobs, very light cramping and mood swings, could a cyst do this? 
I am 10-11dpo at the moment with a negative pg test....any advice is really appreciated!

I think it's just part of pcos tbh :/ progesterone can cause pregnancy/period symptoms as it rises towards when your period should be, the cramps may be the follicles in the ovaries but it's quite common unfortunately :/ I had pregnancy symptoms every month for around 3 years and was then told I don't ovulate at all so it may be worth having some blood tests to see what's going on x
