Used Bug-a-boo pram/stroller

I am looking to buy a used Bug-a-boo frog for £150 which for Americans is approximately $231. It is in great condition, and comes with a footmuff, rain cover, parasol, and extra tubes for wheels as well as a few other "fixer upper" items. The downside is the hood is ( black) and slightly faded and it has been used for approximately 4 years already( maybe more?!?). I don't know if it is a good enough deal, considering it is used but a new one is £800-900 and is definitely not in our budget since we plan to move countries in one year and might end up selling it anyway, and other used ones I looked at  are going for same rate or more with less items in the package.Any oppinions, advice, resources ladies?
