Low BBT
Hey!
Can anyone tell me why my bbt is always so low?! Especially this cycle (first photo). It hasn’t risen at all 😩
I had a blood test for thyroid recently among other things and it all came back normal.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get it up/help my body to ovulate?! I’ve started using Agnus Castus everyday as a start.
