9 weeks and 6 days!!!

9 weeks and 6 days today with my second baby! found out around 5 weeks and have had the worst morning sickness the last week or so the sickness has gone away and have no other symptoms of feeling pregnant! anyone else really worried they will tell them bad news at the 12 weeks scan or is it just me 😣I'm not sleeping at night because of this worry 😣😔
