Help me understand what's going on

Is anyone out there who can help me understand or give me an idea of what's up.... I started taking ovulation test cycle day 12 that day was the closest positive I had every day after was a deff. negative I'm now on cycle day 21 and still a negative ovulation. Me and my man bd on cycle day 11 then we bd on cycle day 16 and it was different I was more sensitive inside and felt like he was brusing me kinda he even said it was different like felt more fleshy and wetter sorry for tmi... Did I by chance ovulate early and now I'm prego I had a couple of light spots when I whipped in the bathroom 2 days ago was this implantation or just early spotting any opinions would be nice thank u
