Bad or good - doing bootcamp twice a week whilst trying to conceive?

Is it  bad for you to do bootcamp whilst trying to conceive? Had a missed miscarriage in June 2017, opinions greatly appreciated X

When i got pregnant worth my first, I was working out pretty intensely up to six times a week. as long as you're eating right and resting enough, I think it's great. plus, ttc can take a while and it's less frustrating if you spend your time doing things you enjoy

when I walked I lost 20lbs in month and then I got prego I guess my body needed excessive weight off.

I have heard intense workouts do help with conception because you are taking a lot better care of your body and eating right etc. Not sure if it's true but 3 if my friends swore by it.
