Don’t feel pregnant 🤰🏻??

I’m 14 weeks 5 days and still I don’t feel pregnant. No symptoms at all!!!! This is my first pregnancy through IVF after trying for four years. My last appointment was on Jan 25th and next one is on Feb 21st. This wait to see my baby again makes me anxious and nervous that what if something wrong and I won’t realize!! Does anyone in same boat? Tell me how you are feeling at 14 Weeks.
