Help!!

In the past I have NEVER had a yeast infection. Now, about a month and a half ago, I got to experience my first go around. I treated myself with Monostat and got rid of it. 2 weeks later I have another one. 😫 then I treat it and go a month without, just to fall back into the trap of yet another yeast infection. This is just a continuous pattern. I have had like 5 yeast infections within like 3 months now. I don’t know what to do. I have talked to my Dr. about it and she told me of precautions to take such as making sure I totally dry off after the shower, try to wear cotton underwear, shower as soon as I get done working out, don’t wear tight fitted clothing, etc. Anyone have any advice or have experience in this matter?
