Two years ago I struggled financially. One day I had $13 to buy dog food and groceries for myself to last two weeks. When I had that $13 I witnessed a man in front of me that couldn't afford his childs pampers and baby formula. He was on food stamps and didn't have enough cash for the rest of his items. I teared up because I wanted to help but I was struggling myself. I never forgot about this.

Went to the grocery store the other day and saw a man who was flustered about his food stamps card being denied. I am in a better place financially and asked the cashier "how much is his stuff?" She told me $20, I didn't give him the chance to say no, I swiped my card and bought it for him and told him "I know the struggle, I'll get it for you."

His mouth dropped and he was in shock and thanked me million times. I had to keep it together because I was on the verge of tears. Even typing this I'm crying! Pass on the good karma!
