Bed bug bites!!!

Every time I go to my dads I get there's red bumps they itch so bad. My step sister it think has found some bed bugs in my room , she won't tell me if it's it's bed bug or not she just says she found another bug and when I ask what kind she says you know. What do you think they are? ( also I just got a new phone so this is the only picture on my new phone I'll try and find more on my old phone to post in the comments on here) thank you for your help!
