Pregnancy on a cruise

So I have booked a cruise in September my husband and I decided we would wait till on it after the cruise to try and conceive. But now I kinda want to get the ball rolling. If this were to happen I of course would be early on probably stil in the 1st trimester. But would it be wise? Do you think I'd be miserable and sick the whole time? Would the waves increase nausea if I have any problems with that?
